A Meigs County resident was arrested in Kingsport

A Meigs County resident was arrested for DUI and 7th driving on suspended license. Sullivan County Constable G. Dwain Hittinger arrested 38 years old Adrian R Hall from 227 OJ Walden, Ten Mile Tn. Hittinger noticed a Ford Explore on East Stone Drive in Kingsport Tennessee driven by Hall was unable to maintain travel within the lane. Hittinger conducted a traffic stop and noticed silver and gold paint below the nose and above the lips, under the eyes and on the hands of Mr. Hall. Mr. Hall steadied himself while exiting his vehicle. Mr. Hall performed poorly on the field sobriety test that he was given. A drivers license status was checked, it was revealed that his driver’s license has been suspended and had six convictions for driving on suspended.

Mr. Hall was taken into custody and transported to Sullivan county Sheriff’s Department.
