What Does A Constable Do?
Tennessee Constables are officers of the Tennessee Judicial System as prescribed by the State Constitution who are sworn and bonded peace officers with full powers of arrest under Tennessee Code Annotated Title 8, chapter 10. They are charged with keeping the peace and with the enforcement of the laws of the state, county and its cities. Services we offer include:

T.C.A. In-Service training for East Tennessee will start September 8,2014 at 7:00 p.m. sharp. Training will be at the Hamblen County Justice Center, 510 Allison St. Morristown. Classes will be on Monday and Thursday. Hope to see you there.
